TERMS & CONDITIONS
The colours of paintings and prints may vary slightly from the colours that appear on the screen, or images displayed on advertising due to limitations of cameras and scanners.
The original paintings are all on stretched canvas, on wooden frames and ready to hang. Prints are on quality fine art paper, and will be sent rolled, requiring framing unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation and returns
In the event that an order needs to be cancelled, by law you may cancel from the day of the order and up to seven days after receipt of the order. This law does not apply to commissioned artwork.
To cancel an order it is required that notification is made in writing. A full refund will be made by cheque within 30 days. If the goods have been sent they should be handled with care. When returned, if the goods are in an unsatisfactory condition there will be no refund. It is expected that any work be returned in the same standard of packaging that they were sent in, at the customer's cost, by courier at equivalent delivery. Goods should be returned to 18 Ewart Road, Forest Fields, Nottingham, NG7 6HF.
When the cancelled order has been returned within 14 days in a satisfactory condition, a cheque for the amount of the returned goods will be sent to the delivery address.
Faulty Goods
Goods should be checked on the receipt of orders. If goods are delivered in an unsatisfactory condition, immediate notification is required and arrangements will be made to return them. When the goods are returned, full refund, replacement or repair will be made.
Delivery
28 days should be allowed for delivery and arrangements can be made by telephone or in writing if a specific delivery date is required. Original artworks will be sent by Royal Mail special delivery. Prints will be sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery in a postage tube.
Delivery is free to the UK. Delivery outside the UK can be arranged at the cost of postage. Artwork can be collected from premises by prior arrangement. The customer shall not require the carrier to deliver to any other place than the customer's premises.
