ARTISTS PROFILE: Dave Andrew
I am an audio-visual artist based in Nottingham, I have A-levels in painting and drawing and sculpture, a fine art foundation and spent a year studying for a fine art degree at Derby university.
I have been creating work since I can remember due to having access to all sorts of materials from a very early age.
I have also worked in other media such as ceramics, photography and stop motion animation. Over the last ten years I have been DJ´ing at clubs, festivals and parties and along with others ran a small sound system and organised club nights.
I now create my own music and paintings inspired by each other and rhythms and beats from around the world.
